Set in the heart of Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter, this Victorian listed building was redesigned fully by John Evans Interior Architecture & Design as the home of a growing creative business.

Spread across three floors, and originally broken into individual units, the space was opened up with all floors connected by a new bespoke folded steel stair running through the middle of the building sitting comfortably alongside the exposed steel beams throughout.

The juxtaposition of contemporary materials, modern artwork and traditional details throughout create an aspirational and multi functional workspace which respects the heritage of the building and its surroundings.
